This is my favourite blend of warming spices, medicinal mushrooms, and adaptogenic herbs, crafted to create the perfect cup of ceremonial cacao.
The spice mix is quite potent it's around 90 servings per jar at 1/2 tsp per serving.
Cacao provides natural fats that help your body absorb the nutrients in mushrooms and herbs more effectively, making each sip nourishing and grounding. Even small amounts of these ingredients are supportive and wholesome.
Many of the adaptogens in this blend—like Ashwagandha, Maca, Cordyceps, Reishi, and Lion’s Mane—are ones I’ve personally used for years as part of my daily routine. Warming spices such as Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cayenne, and Ginger help me start the day feeling uplifted and balanced.
This blend can be enjoyed in cacao, stirred into protein shakes, or added to other favorite drinks, offering a comforting, holistic ritual that supports your body, mind, and spirit.
Morning Ritual with Cacao 🤎
A slow, heart‑opening way to begin the day.
Ingredients:
½ cup hot water
½ cup hot oat milk
½ tsp Vitality Support Spice Mix
1 tsp rose petal syrup
2 heaped tsp ceremonial‑grade cacao
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Optional: blend first without cacao, then add cacao and blend briefly for a gentler froth.
Sip slowly, with intention.
