Refund policy

 

We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported to thehareandthemoonapothecary@gmail.com within 48 hours of order delivery.  If a product arrives broken or damaged we are happy to send a replacement.  A photograph as proof of the damage / defect is required.  

Due to the nature and ingredients of our products, we are unable to offer a return service.
